My private practice is shaped by a strong respect for person centred principles, particularly the central importance of the therapeutic relationship. The areas I specialise in often require practical, change focused work. I predominantly formulate difficulties using cognitive psychology and behaviourism, with a particular focus on CBT, REBT and ACT. This may be useful context for you, although I have experience supervising therapists from a range of modalities.
In supervision, I aim to create a space where you feel able to think openly, explore uncertainty, and develop your own voice and confidence as a practitioner.
